I've had many great experiences at this store and always recommend it to others who might have questions or need something fixed. Whenever I walk in the door I'm always greeted and asked if I need anything. I always try to go there before the BIG box stores.

Besides some of the really bad treatment to some whenever you go there to make a purchase either one of the owners will spy on customers to see if your steeling something everytimr very un trusting eefd up family rather drive 10 miles the othet way than deal with those losers
Don't believe ALL the B.S. you read.....Just maybe it's other sites trying to win over customers?
I must say I was disappointed in Harry's. I needed a cap for my trimmer, and when I called Harry's, they said they didn't have it, but needed to order it. The man I spoke to said they order one day and it comes the next. He also quoted me a price of under $2 for the part. Since they didn't call me, I had to call them after the part came in. They said they had it. when I went in, they not only charged me $3.49 for the part, they tacked on an $8.50 charge for ordering the part. The guy never ever said anything about the charge during my two conversations on the phone. Needless to say, I was not happy. Next time I don't help the little guy, and will order the part on Amazon.
I should have read these reviews first. Email ad says snowblower tune-up $99 plus parts; free pick up and delivery. So I was expecting a bill between $125-$150; snowblower comes back with a bill of $243...$89 parts, $139 labor. Harry likes to argue...about everything. I should have just taken the snowblower back to Farm and Fleet (where I purchased it). They tuned it last time for $100.
