I always choose this location because of the friendly, caring, and professional staff, and because the doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners are so dedicated and knowledgeable. Everyone puts you at ease from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. You can book an urgent care appointment online and be seen almost immediately when you arrive. The waiting area is spacious and clean and there are three triage desks to speed matters along. I highly recommend this clinic for any urgent care needs.
The Doctor running this place should lose his license as fast as possible. I went in for a SEVERE ear infection, waited over an hour both in the waiting room and in the "treatment" room, before being seen by the "doctor." I told him why I was here, he looked in the non-infected ear, and then jammed that instrument deep into the infected ear. If I wasn't in great pain, I probably would have popped him. He ran out of the room and returned twenty five minutes later with three prescriptions. Three days later, I ended up in an ER needing a CAT scan and a completely different treatment for the same problem. These doctors all told him the doctor here did not even come close to doing things right by me. I am contemplating suing this "doctor" and Aurora for the blatant mistreatment. Avoid this place. You trly are better off dead than seeking any treatment here.

Nice place. Urgent care has good hours. Pharmacy is pretty quick usually.
