I went to this hospital for my regular IV therapy which I receive almost every month..this time they told me there is SHORTAGE on saline flush so I am not going to get one!!!!!! Evan i recived one every time before.....NURSE TOLD ME ohhh its not necessery....!!!!!????
My question was if is not necessary why did I have to get saline before and get charged for it???????
After so many dissapoitments ...This is last time I use this hospital !!!!!
Also I had to wait about one hour just so they get IV medicine to start terapy!!!

My girlfriend went into the emergency room for our pregnancy around 1pm. We were takin care of by PA Karly Wilkins. She was very caring and positive about everything. Definitely felt welcomed. She told us if any of the problems we came in for happend again to come back. So after midnight we did end up going back. We were takin care of by MD Bernard Fula. This Dr was very akward. After we explained the issue and why we were back, he asked us why we came back and that theres really nothing we can do. He then told us if something were to happen that they don't deliever babies at this hospital. Umm who said she was having labor pains. I jumped in to defend my gf saying that we were told to come back. He continued to tell us the same stuff. Mind you he was extrememly akward studdering over his words. Made us uncomfortable. The nurse even knew so as she apologized for his weirdness after he left. I suggest getting people skills to the MD. Thats also needed in being a DR. Ill be contacting the patient survey on this guy. Avoid him if u want a non weird visit. I also come to the regular non er doctors here for years I have no issues and will continue coming here
As an over the road truck driver in need, I found them to be top notch, from the emergency to my room to see the doctor was no more than 10 minutes. They were friendly, professional and gave me excellent care for my hand wound. They could not do any better. The best hospital experience I ever had.
If I could give no stars I would. My father in law went in for back surgery and passed away 5 days later. They missed his sepsis and didn’t test for it until day 5 - by then it was too late. It was documented on day 4 that the test was not ordered. Someone knew it should have been ordered and yet nobody did anything. He had multiple signs of sepsis and because he lacked a “fever” they didn’t test for it. Completely negligent.
Quick service but the night time doctor didn't help my relative at all. He was in so much pain and had a swollen knee and nothing was done she sat there with her arms crossed and gave him nothing for the pain. Addicts walk in and are given pain killers but someone with an injury and pain gets ibprophen, I have been watching him and trying to take away the pain but there's not much I can do, which is why we went there. I will stick with Aurora.
