When taking on such a big project and reviewing roofing contractors you just never know if your going to get the service and workmanship their trying to sell you. In the end you have to pick one and hope for the best.
What can I say working with the owner Andy was painless. Received 5 quotes for a 8 unit condo roof replacement and Frank-dale was the best.

Throughout the entire process Andy was available and made personal visits to the house to make sure things were being done as we discussed. Crews arrived within two weeks and finished the job quickly.
