I live in to this property for little more than a year, the company where I work relocate me to a different state, I always pay my rent on time, never have a complaint, good neighbors.
But he never calls me back, and he did cash the check, finally he calls me back and said I apologize for that I'll cut off another check and I'll mail it back to you, but he didn't basically he took my money and never answer my calls,
Careful stay away!

Dave has been nothing but helpful and understanding. We bought our home few months ago and he has already gone out of his way anytime we have needed anything.
